SHIPPING
We ship domestic and international! For orders in the United States, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped and scanned by selected mail carrier. Please also bear in mind we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. For international orders, please see the “International Shipping” section below.

WRONG ADDRESS, NOT RECEIVED OR STOLEN ORDERS
We offer shipping protection with Route! When you opt to add Route+ to your order at checkout, your package is covered and you are able to file a claim easily for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages! If your package is covered by Route and you are looking to file a claim, please click here.

Inno Supps is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) Inno Supps is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for taxes and laws imposed by receiving country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/e-buyer. The consignee authorizes innosupps.com to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that innosupps.com may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
